In an initial consultation, one of the NovaStor backup experts will assess your company's IT infrastructure, record your requirements and recommend a backup strategy.

Based on the joint concept, our service engineer installs the NovaStor software remotely on your systems and introduces you to the basic functions of your data backup solution. To transfer the installation to live operation, NovaStor sets up your backup jobs and carries out backup and restore tests.
